Perfect location just steps from Times Square. The room was dated and had temperature control issues. No coffee maker in the room. Friendly staff and quick check-in were appreciated.

Location is perfect for Broadway shows. Rooms are dated and cleanliness could be improved. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great staff and easy access to attractions. The arcade and theme park were a hit with the kids!
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but we made memories.

The views from my room kept me spellbound; Times Square and the Empire State Building were right there! The front desk made airport transfers easy and the check-in staff was friendly but could use a pep talk.
The lobby feels like a cave, making it tough to relax.

Comfortable room, comfortable location with a clean and spacious environment enhanced by a great view of the city and just a few minutes' walk to Times Square.

The location is excellent, conveniently close to attractions. The room size was decent, with comfortable beds and clean towels provided. the temperature control was inadequate—hot and stuffy even with the windows open. The outdated furniture and carpet detracted from the overall feel. The bathroom needed attention; a broken sink and insufficient lighting were notable issues. Despite a friendly staff, responsiveness to maintenance requests was slow. Noise levels were surprisingly manageable given the proximity to bustling streets. Toiletries were supplied, but the lack of a bathtub stopper was inconvenient. more updates are necessary for comfort.

The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Times Square. Convenient access to dining options like McDonald's and Popeyes, which my kids loved. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was decent. I appreciated the helpful staff throughout my stay. the hotel shows its age. Worn carpets and flat pillows could use an upgrade. Cleaning was adequate, but details like dusty bathroom lights and chipped enamel need attention. The elevator situation was frustrating; it took far too long to reach the lobby. A promising visit, but maintenance and value for money require improvement.

The hotel is just a short walk from the bright lights of Times Square and the Theatre District, making it an awesome base for anyone looking to soak up all that New York has to offer, plus I loved that I could easily stroll to iconic spots like Bryant Park and the Empire State Building in less than 20 minutes, enjoying the vibrant city vibe along the way; the rooms were spacious and comfortable with nice big windows giving great views of the city, but an upgrade on their furniture and amenities would really enhance the overall experience.

The staff at Millennium Hotel Broadway is outstanding; they are genuinely friendly and incredibly attentive. From quick room service to helpful bellmen like Matt and Edward, their efforts made my stay truly enjoyable. Plus, being just steps away from Times Square is a fantastic bonus!

Great location, right in the heart of the action. The king deluxe room was quiet, spacious, and the bed felt fantastic after a long day. Staff were attentive and helpful, making us feel welcomed. the air conditioning was a bit unreliable, and there were some maintenance issues in another room we saw—think cracked sinks and a dirty window. Safety felt solid, and housekeeping was prompt. While I loved the vibe and location, the room's upkeep could definitely use some attention for a better overall experience.

The hotel provided additional services for the event. The location was great, within 322 meters from Broadway theatres. I enjoyed the flexibility for early check-in and late check-out.
Surprisingly, no morning coffee available in the hotel. Because who needs coffee in the morning, right?

The room felt super outdated, like stepping into a time warp. The bed was rock hard, and the towels were so worn they had frayed edges.

Despite the key Times Square location and beautiful entrance, our experience at this hotel fell short during our romantic escape. The spacious room was one point to appreciate, allowing for relaxation after exploring nearby attractions.
The room's condition was disappointing. The curtains were torn, the bathroom was unkempt with grime and mold, and the bed size and view did not match our expectations.

Perfect location near Times Square and theaters, we caught two Broadway shows easily. Plus, the 24-hour gym had TVs on all cardio machines – perfect for our late-night workouts.
One thing we wished for was a cooler hangout spot for us party animals, maybe a rooftop bar with some fun music and vibes! .

Great location, perfect for a city break in midtown NY. Walking distance to both central park and downtown. Room spacious with all amenities. Cleanliness and comfort top-notch.
Outdated hotel needing improvements. Some staff members could be rude.

First off, I was impressed with the ironing facilities in the room. It was super convenient to freshen up my clothes before heading out. The heating in the room was great, kept us cozy and warm during the stay. I did notice that the air conditioning seemed a bit outdated and struggled to cool the room efficiently. I appreciated having tea and coffee facilities in the room for a quick pick-me-up in the mornings. Unfortunately, there was no mini-bar available, which would have been a nice addition. The am/fm alarm clock was handy for waking up on time, but I found the flat-screen TV to be on the smaller side. The carpeted floor was comfortable but looked a bit worn out in some areas, could definitely use some refurbishment. The dry cleaning service was efficient, and housekeeping did a good job overall. I had to wait a while for laundry service, which was a bit inconvenient. On the bright side, the tours and ticket assistance provided by the hotel were helpful in planning our outings. Despite some minor drawbacks, the Millennium's location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city.

Staying in the heart of Manhattan's vibrant theatre district was a dream come true for our family, immersing us in the electric energy of Broadway. The 24-hour gym, with individual TVs on each cardio machine, kept us active while catching up on our favorite shows.
My kids wished for a more extensive children's menu.

I chose Millennium for its proximity to Central Park and Broadway. The 24-hour room service and laundry facilities pleasantly surprised me. The restaurant's proximity to Broadway shows also made it a hot spot for pre or post theater dining.
No signage for amenities. Wished for a refrigerator and coffee pot in the room.

Our room had a partial view of the city, which was fantastic. The location was perfect for exploring the city and connecting to the subway. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean with all essentials provided. However, we did experience a mix-up with the luggage storage, causing us unnecessary stress, and affecting our plans for the day. I'll recommend this hotel.

The location was awesome, just a few steps from Times Square, making it easy to explore the city and access entertainment, food, and shopping. The staff were super accommodating and the rooms were clean with a comfortable bed. The facilities, including the gym, were great to use.
Felt really like home, nothing to complain about.
